Jason Gross Engages With MākuSafe To Grow Wearable Adoption in Insurance Industry

MākuSafe, a wearable safety technology company, has engaged Jason Gross, a freelance insurtech innovation consultant, to grow adoption of its technology with insurance carriers, agents, and brokers.
In addition to the significant interest and support MākuSafe has received from manufacturers and industrial end-users worldwide, the insurance companies who cover those workers are also engaging in this space. Worker’s compensation insurers and others see MākuSafe as a never-before-available tool to help proactively mitigate risks with the opportunity to identify safety hazards before an accident happens, or to have accurate information about working conditions when a claim is filed.
Mr. Gross will help MākuSafe work with insurance carriers, insurance brokers and other groups to adopt the company’s technology. In addition, he will help advise on aspects of MākuSafe’s capital raising efforts given his significant experience in the “insurtech” venture capital arena.
