Todd Sutphen, VP, Sales & Customer Success

Todd Sutphen serves as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success. He and his team focus on expanding the adoption of the Makusafe solutions with new and existing clients. And, making sure clients continue to get value out of their investments.

Todd joined the MakuSafe team in October 2022 with over 30 years of technology solutions sales experience. Prior to joining MakuSafe, he held various client relationship and sales leadership roles at IBM and Sirius Computer Solutions, an IT services provider and technology reseller. Todd and his teams supported enterprise clients from a wide variety of industries. Regardless of his role, listening to clients and helping them solve their business challenges was the key to success.

Todd and his wife, Valerie, enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, hiking, and other outdoor activities. They also volunteer with the young adult ministry at their church and organizations that serve disadvantaged youth and refugee children in the Des Moines area.
