For 13 years, Michelle worked with DuPont Sustainable Solutions, an operations management consulting firm, as an Account Executive and a Client Development Specialist. She catered to different industries across North America such as building and construction, chemical, food and beverage, mining, oil and gas, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, government, retail, warehouse, and healthcare. Her expertise is Workplace Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Learning and Development, Soft Skills, Maintenance and Reliability solutions. She has built a wide range of networks and was privileged to work with the innovations team regarding the Safety Tech Platform which involves IoT, wearables, AI, VI.

One recent highlight in her life was running her first half marathon. She would like to run her first full marathon soon!
