Aaron Johnson, COSS, Managing Director of International Business Development

Aaron Johnson serves as the Managing Director of International Business Development. He will be focused on expanding and opening new market opportunities outside North America. Together with the MākuSafe Sales and Marketing team will push past the boundaries to improve employee safety, worker engagement, and provide new opportunities for productivity for organizations all across the globe.

Aaron joined MākuSafe with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and new market development. Before joining MākuSafe, he spent the previous 18 years leading the marketing efforts for a high-tech manufacturing company focused on miniaturization for industries like microelectronics and medical devices. Aaron’s role spanned three continents in search of new customers, innovative technologies, and effective strategies to reach an international audience. Aaron has found success by focusing on relationships, knowing it’s person-to-person that keeps the world small.

Aaron and his wife, Rebecca, have four grown children and enjoy time with their family. In addition to traveling the world, Aaron also enjoys serving his community with time on the local school board, state-appointed commissions, and various other boards and committees. Aaron has a B.A. in Communications from Moody in Chicago and an MBA with a concentration in International Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.

Aaron is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist.
