ENGAGE 2021: MākuSafe Users Conference Recap

On September 23rd, 2021, MākuSafe hosted our first-ever Users Conference; Engage 2021 both in-person and virtually. The goal of the event was to bring together our customers, insurers, partners and our team for an in-depth discussion. We focused on optimization of the software platform for safety ROI, feedback between users (what’s working and what’s not) and future plans for hardware and software.
We conducted four instructional sessions, three live case study discussions, shared a look at our future product roadmap and saved plenty of time for feedback and Q&A. Attendees were encouraged to share what was working well for their organization and what areas needed improvement, along with sharing ideas for future enhancements. With a mix of insurers, safety leaders and industrials operations in the room and online, the conversation was rich with tactical suggestions and conceptual strategies for the future.
MākuSafe gave out several awards to recognize clients and partners that have gone above and beyond to support and succeed with wearable technology in their companies. (not all award winners are pictured)

At the end of the day, we were lucky to continue the conversation with a Networking Happy Hour at our office followed by Dinner and Entertainment at The Foundry in West Des Moines, Iowa.
