We need people to help manage the relationships we have with our customers, which include many Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies. These customers are counting on MākuSafe to make a difference for their workforce and we need people with an outgoing personality to help make sure they feel loved and want to grow their use of our technology to their locations around the world.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within accounts
  • Communicate account status to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with customer requests and escalate issues as needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Track record of success in delivering high standard of service and/or support
  • Previous work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role
  • EHS experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate and present to key stakeholders
  • Able to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM a plus)
  • Experience in small business or startup environment preferred
  • Experience supporting or managing SaaS platform customers preferred
  • Willingness to travel (50%+)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field preferred
