Brett Burkhart, COSS
Brett’s career has spanned many industries: architecture, software development, marketing and advanced manufacturing, and roles from startup owner to a larger organization executive. While studying architecture at Iowa State University, he also explored his itch to be an entrepreneur. One common thread throughout Brett’s career is a belief that by developing strong relationships and joining in humble collaboration, any problem can be solved and a lot of fun can be had. His love for seeing the positive impact that technology can have on peoples’ lives ultimately led him to MākuSafe, where he is focused on developing strategic relationships within manufacturing, construction and insurance companies to make working environments safer for all employees.
